The International Dispute Resolution and Risk Management Institute (IDRRMI) and The Mediation and Arbitration Center (Mauritius) Ltd (MARC) jointly reached a new milestone by signing a collaboration agreement on the 17th of October 2022. This cooperation marks a prosperous collaboration between the two organisations on education, research and development. They would focus on capacity-building and promotional activities to foster a better commercial environment and international dispute-resolution mechanism between China, Mauritius, Hong Kong SAR, Asia Pacific and Africa.
The collaboration agreement was signed by representatives of the IDRRMi and MARC:
