A certification assessment will be held to verify whether the candidate’s skills and knowledge are required for resolving workplace disputes. Candidates successfully passing the assessment can register to obtain the qualification of Certified Workplace Mediator of IDRRMI.
Notes to Applicants
Students who have completed the Workplace Mediation Training Certificate Course and obtained the relevant certificate are eligible to apply for the Certified Workplace Mediator Assessment held by IDRRMI. Candidates are required to undergo a written assessment in order to be evaluated on the attainment of the professional standard of a workplace mediator.
Eligibility
Applicants must have completed the Workplace Mediation Training Certificate Course organized or co-organized by Academy of International Dispute Resolution & Professional Negotiation (AIDRN), obtained the relevant certificate within the past year.
