Hong Kong Real Estate Management & Services Alliance (“HKREMSA”) is officially launched on the 24th of August 2020. It is jointly established by six professional organizations. The alliance will assist more than 4,000 professional members and to promote high-quality real estate management and professional services in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, the IDRRMI is launching a specialized dispute resolution service scheme (Real Estate Management and Service Dispute Resolution Service Scheme (REMSDRSS)) for the alliance to allow members and clients to resolve real estate management-related disputes (Scheme detail)
