Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement programme administrative procedures
- Liaise and support lecturers and partner institutions
- Handle daily enquiries and provide supports to applicants
- Preparation of materials such as PowerPoint and documents will be required for different occasions.
- Perform other Ad hoc work as requested
Requirements
- High Diploma/ Degree holder
- Prior experience as an office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
- Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must
- Working outside normal office hours may be required
