Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement programme administrative procedures
  • Liaise and support lecturers and partner institutions
  • Handle daily enquiries and provide supports to applicants
  • Preparation of materials such as PowerPoint and documents will be required for different occasions.
  • Perform other Ad hoc work as requested

Requirements

  • High Diploma/ Degree holder
  • Prior experience as an office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
  • Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must
  • Working outside normal office hours may be required
